The largest “ride in” along the 2012 Cabot Community Tour route occurred at Tubman-Garrett Riverfront Park on a beautiful mid-June Saturday.

More than 100 cyclists, including Delaware's Secretary of Transportation and local East Coast Greenway riders, joined Myron, Cathy and Bob, the three hearty souls riding the entire Tour route.

East Coast Greenway also had a booth showcasing their beautiful trails in Delaware and opportunities for people to enjoy healthy, fun, family activities! DE State Parks and Wilmington Parks and Rec also showed why Delaware is such a beautiful state in which residents and visitors can take advantage of their natural, scenic settings.

National sponsors of the Tour, including Marriott and AARP, also had displays and activities which were enjoyed by hundreds. Farmer Mark had a constant line as he explained how Cabot makes the “World's Best Cheddar” and offered curd samples to all.
